The second Saturday of each month, families are invited to join the National Building Museum for STEAM activities related to our Brick City exhibition. Each activity challenges children to think creatively and experimentally using principles of design thinking and engineering.
December Activity:
Engage in hands-on activities that spark imagination, including designing future communities with AI, building unique structures with LEGO bricks, and exploring arches and bridges. Through these experiences, each child will solve problems and gain a greater understanding of the built world around us.
STEAM Saturdays are targeted towards children in grades 2nd-6th and their caregivers and occur monthly on the second Saturday.
FREE with museum admission, registration strongly encouraged.
A special thank you to our sponsor MiTek.
