The Moth StorySLAM is an open-mic storytelling competition in which anyone can share a true, personal, 5-minute story on the night's theme. Sign up for a chance to tell a story or sit back and enjoy the show! Tonight’s theme is Public Transportation.  

Prepare a five-minute story about getting from here to there. The grind of the daily commute, or the thrill of charting your path to a new place. Bus stops, train platforms, metro stations. The ways in which these means of transport bring people together – or keep us apart. Epiphanies made while stuck in traffic. Hobbies indulged in only on the train. Unexpected encounters with fellow commuters. Meet cutes and missed connections. Platform performers and Step Back, Doors Closing drama! 

Seating is not guaranteed and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes before the show.
