Accessory Dwelling Units: Supporting a Changing Demographic

This seminar caters to homeowners, multigenerational families, and community partners interested in accessory dwelling units (ADUs). Attendees will learn about the benefits of ADUs, including how these units provide flexible living solutions for all ages and abilities. The seminar covers universal design principles, guiding participants in creating accessible and functional spaces, and explores how ADUs support aging in place. Featuring expert speakers and ADU homeowners, the event offers valuable insights and guidance on designing and building ADUs, including navigating zoning laws. Participants gain the knowledge needed to enhance home livability and accommodate the needs of all family members, regardless of age or ability.
