The second Saturday of each month, families are invited to join the National Building Museum for STEAM activities related to our Brick City exhibition. Each activity challenges children to think creatively and experimentally using principles of design thinking and engineering.
April Activity:
Explore ways to protect the planet this Earth Month by learning about recycling, reducing waste, and saving energy at home. Participants will take part in a variety of hands-on activities to apply their new knowledge.
Brownies and Juniors can earn their Household Elf and Animal Habitat badges by participating in the program.
STEAM Saturdays are targeted towards children in grades 2nd-6th and their caregivers and occur monthly on the second Saturday.
FREE with museum admission, registration strongly encouraged.
A special thank you to our sponsor MiTek.
